Juniors 2025 - Welcome to the BGC Juniors for the 2025 season!

We’ve already sent out email to all Juniors (inc Parents and Carers) but wanted to cover all bases and welcome you and your families to Blankney and offer myself up if you need anything (help or advice or anything) to facilitate your golfing enjoyment this year.

There are 3 key things to update you on for the start of the golf season: 

Firstly, it's great to see there are new and existing Juniors with official golf handicaps. It is my intention to run several junior competitions for you all to play in and compete against others.  Watch this space for the calendar of events etc.

Secondly, for those of you who don't yet have a handicap, I wanted to invite you to play in a "starter" competition called Golf 6s. This is aimed at all junior golfers with a handicap of higher than 37 or no handicap at all

It would be great to see more of our Juniors take this first step and play on the full course and gain a handicap in order to fully experience the great sport of playing golf! 

Finally, I will be organising a juniors get together towards the end of April.  We’ll have a free range session for you all to pop along, say hello and hit some balls; the older ones are then welcome to go off and play some golf, but be great to see as many of you as possible to say hello!
